As I write this, days before my 50 birthday, I’m certain of one thing: The transition from little-a adulthood to big-A ADULTHOOD is fraught with peril, and nobody should have to go about it all alone.
I’m here to walk with you in the metaphorical muck and help you THRESH through the HOLDS of whatever’s next in your calling. I’m definitely not for everybody, but hey, we found each other, so let’s dance another minute.
First, let me blah blah with you with my bonafides. It’s not that I’m NOT proud of my professional accomplishments, but I spent most of my life identifying as the things I did:

I’m a certified Executive Coach and Faculty Coach at UC Berkeley’s Exec Coaching Institute (that’s a lot of coaching in one sentence). Unlike therapy which excavates into your past, coaching is all about architecting your future.
Paradoxically, I’m also an (Un)Executive Coach. Most execs who can afford coaching don’t need help moving further up and to the right. They need help coming down and reconnecting to their soul story. In short, I can help you win in the matrix, or escape it.
